Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy applies to paid BarnPage subscriptions. Paddle acts as merchant of record for BarnPage and processes subscription charges, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and approved refunds.

1. Cancellations and Refunds Are Different

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless Paddle shows otherwise, the paid plan remains available through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be available when required by applicable consumer law, when Paddle approves it under its buyer or refund terms, for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, or when a material service problem cannot reasonably be resolved.

Refunds are not guaranteed solely because a subscription was unused, a barn changed its mind, or the subscription was not canceled before renewal. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's country or region.

3. Requesting a Refund

Email [email protected] or contact Paddle buyer support. Include the Paddle receipt or transaction reference, the purchasing email address, the barn name, and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details.

4. Approved Refunds

Paddle returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary by payment method and financial institution. A full refund may end paid-plan access; the barn then follows its available fallback plan. Existing barn records are not automatically deleted because a subscription is canceled or refunded.

5. Related Terms

This policy should be read with the BarnPage Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, and Paddle's Refund Policy.
