Upload problems usually come from file type, file size, network interruption, permission limits, or storage processing errors.
Steps
- 1Confirm your role has upload permission.
- 2Use a supported file type, such as common image formats or MP4, MOV, or WebM video.
- 3Try a shorter or smaller file if the upload is large.
- 4Keep the browser tab open until upload and finalization finish.
- 5Retry on a stable connection.
