Upload media to the gallery
Add photos and image media to barn media when your role has upload permission.

The media gallery is for general barn photos and other images. Lesson videos have their own review area.
Only users with upload permission can upload media.
Gallery uploads may require staff approval before other members can see them.
Steps
- 1Open Media or use an available photo-upload button.
- 2Choose a supported image file from your device.
- 3Wait for upload and finalization to complete.
- 4Add context or link the media to a post, lesson, or other record when available.
- 5If approval is required, wait for staff approval before expecting other members to see the media.
- 6Respect consent settings before sharing media outside the barn.
Troubleshooting
The upload fails.
Use a supported image file type, try a smaller file, confirm your connection is stable, and try again. Upload lesson videos from the lesson video area instead of the gallery.
