Create schedule blocks
Reserve time for arena maintenance, clinics, shows, farrier visits, and other non-lesson events.

Schedule blocks prevent lessons from being placed into unavailable times or spaces.
Use blocks for events that affect scheduling even when they are not lessons.
Assistant Trainers need the barn Scheduling setting enabled before they can create blocks.
Steps
- 1Open Schedule.
- 2Choose the block creation flow.
- 3Enter the block title, date, time range, and arena if applicable.
- 4Add notes if staff need extra context.
- 5Save the block.
- 6Review the calendar to confirm the unavailable time is visible.
