Some data can be viewed directly in BarnPage, but privacy and account deletion requests should go through support so the request can be verified and handled safely.
Barn data often involves multiple people. For example, a lesson review may include a trainer, rider, parent, horse, and barn record. Support may need to separate your personal data from shared barn history.
Steps
- 1Email [email protected] from the email address on your BarnPage account.
- 2Include your full name and the barn or barns involved.
- 3State whether you are requesting data access, export, correction, consent change, account deletion, or another privacy action.
- 4If the request involves a child rider, include your relationship to the rider and the barn name.
- 5Do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information in the request.
- 6Wait for support to verify the request before action is taken.
What deletion may affect
- Your ability to sign in and access any barns connected to the account.
- Profile information, notification settings, and account-level data.
- Barn-shared data may be anonymized, retained, or handled separately when it is needed for barn records, safety, legal, billing, or support reasons.
Consent changes
- Photo, video, leaderboard, and progress-sharing consents can often be managed by authorized barn staff or linked guardians from the Consents area.
- If you cannot access the consent record, contact the barn owner or support with the rider name and barn name.
