BarnPage keeps each barn’s information in its own private space.
Before showing private information, BarnPage checks that the person is signed in, belongs to the barn, has the right role, and is allowed to see that rider, horse, lesson, or video.
Good operating habits
- Use individual accounts instead of shared logins.
- Remove member access when someone leaves the barn.
- Review parent links before sharing child progress.
- Check consent records before media sharing, highlights, or leaderboard use.
- Use media approval, default visibility, and retention settings for gallery media.
- Contact support if you believe data is visible to the wrong person.
