Access is controlled by authentication, active barn membership, role permissions, and record-level checks for sensitive workflows.
Good operating habits
- Use individual accounts instead of shared logins.
- Remove member access when someone leaves the barn.
- Review parent links before sharing child progress.
- Check consent records before media sharing, highlights, or leaderboard use.
- Use media approval, default visibility, and retention settings for gallery media.
