Video visibility is controlled by barn membership, permissions, rider tags, and parent links.
The goal is to let staff review videos while limiting rider and family access to relevant content.
Typical access rules
- Review staff can see videos they need for analysis and approval.
- Riders can see videos where they are the primary rider or tagged participant when published or otherwise available.
- Parents can see videos for linked children when access is allowed.
- General family or guest users do not automatically see private lesson videos.
