Manage membership access
Review active members, update roles, and remove access when someone leaves the barn.
Owner/AdminBarn Manager
Membership management is the main control point for barn access. If someone should no longer see barn data, remove or deactivate their membership.
Changes apply to the selected barn only.
Steps
- 1Open Settings > Members.
- 2Find the member by name or email.
- 3Review their current role assignments.
- 4Update roles when responsibilities change.
- 5Remove access when the person should no longer belong to the barn.
- 6Confirm linked rider, parent, or staff profiles are still correct after role changes.
