Invite members and assign roles
Add people to your barn and give each person the right access level.
Owner/AdminBarn Manager
Members should be invited with the narrowest role that fits their responsibilities. This keeps barn data understandable and private.
Roles can be updated later as responsibilities change.
Steps
- 1Open Settings > Members.
- 2Choose the invite action.
- 3Enter the person's email address.
- 4Select the role that matches their job or relationship to the barn.
- 5Send the invitation.
- 6After they accept, confirm their membership status is active.
- 7If the member is a rider, create or confirm their rider profile.
- 8If the member is a parent, link them to the correct child rider profile.
Troubleshooting
The invitee cannot access the expected page.
Confirm they accepted the invitation for the correct barn and have the correct role assignment in Settings > Members.
