A rider profile connects a barn member to riding-specific data such as lessons, progress, parent links, and consents.
Parent and guardian links are important for minor riders and family access.
Steps
- 1Invite the rider as a barn member if they are not already in the barn.
- 2Open Riders and add a rider profile for the member.
- 3Add level, discipline, goals, and notes that help trainers plan lessons.
- 4For minors, link a parent or guardian member to the rider profile.
- 5Confirm the rider status is active if they should appear in scheduling and progress workflows.
- 6Update profiles when goals, status, or parent relationships change.
Troubleshooting
A rider is missing from progress or scheduling.
Confirm they have a rider profile, the profile is active, and it belongs to the current barn.
