Troubleshoot a rider not showing in Progress

Find out why an active rider is missing from the Progress page or snapshot picker.

Progress should be based on active rider profiles in the current barn. A rider should not need an existing snapshot before appearing in the snapshot picker.

Steps

  1. 1Confirm you are viewing the correct barn.
  2. 2Open Riders and confirm the person has a rider profile.
  3. 3Confirm the rider profile status is active.
  4. 4Confirm the rider profile is not deleted or archived.
  5. 5For trainer views, confirm the rider is connected to lessons assigned to that trainer.
  6. 6Refresh Progress after making rider changes.
