Troubleshoot a missing page or feature

Find out why a page, button, or workflow is not visible.

Most missing features are caused by role permissions, active barn context, plan limits, or incomplete setup.

Steps

  1. 1Confirm you are in the correct barn using the barn switcher.
  2. 2Refresh the page after switching barns or roles.
  3. 3Check whether your role normally includes the feature.
  4. 4Ask an owner or manager to review your member role.
  5. 5If the feature depends on setup, confirm required records exist, such as riders, horses, arenas, or lessons.
  6. 6If the feature depends on a barn setting, confirm it is enabled in Settings. Highlights and leaderboards can be disabled by the barn.
  7. 7If the feature depends on plan access or member limits, review Plan & Billing and any admin overrides.
  8. 8Contact support if the role and setup look correct but the feature remains missing.
