Set barn defaults for scheduling, approvals, privacy, notifications, and progress.

Settings shape everyday barn use. Review them before adding many lessons or members so BarnPage matches your real scheduling, privacy, and approval policies.
Some settings affect privacy or approvals, so only trusted administrative roles should manage them.
Steps
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Review each tab before launching the barn.
- 3Save one group of settings at a time.
- 4Create a test lesson and invite flow if you changed schedule policies.
- 5Revisit settings after the barn has used BarnPage for a few weeks.
Settings to review early
- Scheduling defaults, cancellation windows, and waitlist behavior.
- Media approval, default media visibility, strict rider privacy, and gallery media retention.
- Scorecard rubric dimensions, labels, weights, and scoring scale used for reviews and progress.
- Highlights, highlight categories, leaderboard mode, leaderboard visibility, and minor privacy settings.
- Plan, billing, rider limits, and remaining MEGAN analyses.
- Notification timing for lesson reminders.
