Account and Access

Leave a barn or lose barn access

Understand what changes when your membership is removed or you no longer work with a barn.

Your BarnPage account is separate from any single barn membership. Losing access to one barn does not delete your account or remove access to other barns.

When a barn owner or manager removes your membership, that barn should disappear from your barn switcher and you should no longer see its private schedule, feed, media, reviews, or records.

Historical barn records may remain in the barn for operational, safety, billing, legal, or support reasons unless deletion is requested and permitted.

What usually remains with the barn

  • Lesson records, attendance, schedule history, reviews, and progress snapshots created for that barn.
  • Posts, comments, media, or videos that were shared inside that barn.
  • Consent and parent-link records needed to preserve barn history and privacy decisions.

What you can still do

  • Sign in to your BarnPage account if it still belongs to another barn.
  • Accept a new invitation if another barn invites you.
  • Contact the barn owner or support if you believe access was removed by mistake.
  • Request account deletion or data access through support when appropriate.

Troubleshooting

I switched barns and my old records disappeared.

Check the barn switcher first. Data is scoped to the active barn, so records from one barn do not appear while viewing another barn.

I think I was removed from a barn by mistake.

Ask the barn owner or manager to check Settings > Members. Support can help investigate if the barn cannot resolve it.
