Join a barn from an invitation

Accept a barn invite and understand what happens when your role is assigned.

BarnPage invitations connect your account to a specific barn with a specific role. The role controls what you can see and do after you accept.

If you work with multiple barns, accepting an invitation adds that barn to your barn switcher without changing your access elsewhere.

Before You Start

  • You need an invitation email from a barn owner, manager, or another member with membership permission.
  • Your email address should match the address that received the invitation.

Steps

  1. 1Open the invitation email.
  2. 2Use the accept link to sign in or create an account.
  3. 3Review the barn name and role shown during acceptance.
  4. 4Accept the invitation.
  5. 5After acceptance, open the dashboard or use the barn switcher if you belong to more than one barn.

What your role controls

Roles control navigation, dashboard content, and permissions. For example, a trainer can review lessons and manage student progress, while a parent sees linked child information.
