Invite riders into lessons, handle capacity, and use waitlists when a lesson is full.

Lesson participation can be confirmed, pending, invited, or waitlisted depending on barn workflow and capacity.
Parent approval may be required for some riders depending on age and barn settings.
Steps
- 1Open the lesson detail page.
- 2Review capacity and current participants.
- 3Invite riders or add participants according to your barn policy.
- 4Use the waitlist when capacity is full.
- 5Watch for parent approval status when a minor requires approval.
- 6Follow up with riders or parents who have not responded.
