Manage notification preferences

Control which barn updates generate email or in-app notifications.

Notifications help users keep track of lesson changes, invitations, announcements, reviews, and other barn activity.

Each user can manage their own preferences where notification settings are available.

Steps

  1. 1Open Notifications or notification preferences from your account menu.
  2. 2Review the event types available for your role.
  3. 3Turn email or in-app notifications on or off as needed.
  4. 4Save changes before leaving the page.
  5. 5Keep important schedule notifications enabled if you rely on BarnPage for lesson updates.

Troubleshooting

Emails are not arriving.

Check spam, verify your email address, and confirm notification preferences are enabled for that event type.
