- 1Invite the person as a barn member.
- 2Assign Head Trainer, Assistant Trainer, Groom/Staff, Barn Manager, or another appropriate role.
- 3Create or confirm trainer/staff profile information where available.
- 4Use trainer assignment when creating lessons.
- 5Review permissions if the staff member cannot see expected tools.
