Use Ringside mode
Use the mobile-first Ringside view for active lesson work at the arena.
Ringside mode is built for quick lesson actions from a phone.
It helps trainers and staff stay focused without navigating through larger desktop pages.
Notes captured in Ringside are available later during manual review and linked MEGAN video review.
Ringside notes autosave locally on the device and sync when the browser is online.
Ringside restores saved Arena Prep and MEGAN lesson plans after a refresh without starting new AI work or consuming quota.
Premium barns can use MEGAN Ringside to draft trainer-only lesson plans from recent approved MEGAN exercise suggestions or conservative rider/horse context.
In Lesson Mode, Assistant Trainers see their assigned lessons while Head Trainers see the full lesson list.
Arena Mode can run manually, start from a Barn Specific template, or use MEGAN Arena Prep. Template and manual sessions can complete normally without MEGAN transitions.
When MEGAN Arena Prep is active, review every arena layout and confirm each lesson setup change before completion so later lessons inherit the correct arena state.
Steps
- 1Open Ringside from mobile navigation or a direct link.
- 2Review today's lesson list.
- 3Open the current lesson.
- 4Mark each rider present or absent, or use All Present when appropriate, then add notes.
- 5Watch the note sync status. Saved locally means the note is protected on that device and will retry when the connection returns.
- 6If a conflict appears, choose whether to keep the server note or use the local draft.
- 7On Trial or Premium, tap MEGAN Ringside when you want a trainer-only draft lesson plan for the riders in that lesson.
- 8Switch to Arena Mode when you want to use a Barn Specific template or MEGAN Arena Prep before moving through lessons one at a time.
- 9For multiple arenas, review every starting diagram before choosing Confirm All Layouts.
- 10After MEGAN Arena Prep is confirmed, confirm setup changes before generating arena-aware MEGAN plans so later lessons carry forward the correct setup.
- 11If the barn has multiple arenas, use the Arena view switcher to focus on All arenas or one arena at a time.
- 12Upload media or video if needed.
- 13Complete the lesson when finished. Ringside syncs pending notes first and blocks completion until note conflicts are resolved.
