Create Barn Specific arena templates
Save reusable arena layouts for Ringside Arena Mode.
Arena Editor is an authenticated Coaching tool for owners, barn managers, head trainers, and assistant trainers.
Use starter layouts by discipline or build a custom layout with the same top-toolbar editor used in Ringside.
Saved layouts are stored as Barn Specific templates for the active barn. They can optionally be tied to one active arena or left available for any arena.
In Ringside Arena Mode, a Barn Specific template can be applied as the confirmed starting layout instead of asking MEGAN to draft Arena Prep from scratch.
Template starts do not invoke MEGAN or Premium Arena Prep by themselves. Later arena-aware setup changes and MEGAN Ringside planning still follow the normal MEGAN availability rules.
Steps
- 1Open Arena Editor from the Coaching menu.
- 2Choose a starter template by discipline or edit the current draft.
- 3Use Add, Delete, Duplicate, Undo, Redo, Label & Notes, and More from the top toolbar.
- 4Optionally bind the template to a specific active arena.
- 5Save the layout. It appears under the Barn Specific category.
- 6In Ringside Arena Mode, choose the saved template under Arena Prep and tap Use Template.
Troubleshooting
Arena Editor is missing from the menu.
Confirm the user is an Owner/Admin, Barn Manager, Head Trainer, or Assistant Trainer in the active barn.
A saved template is not available in Ringside.
Check that you are in the same active barn, the template was not deleted, and the user has Arena Editor access.
