Create a recurring lesson series
Set up repeating lessons for weekly classes, regular private lessons, and recurring programs.

Lesson series reduce manual scheduling when the same lesson repeats over time.
Use series for regular group classes, recurring private lessons, or seasonal programs.
Assistant Trainers need the barn Scheduling setting enabled before they can create series.
Steps
- 1Open Schedule.
- 2Choose the series creation flow.
- 3Enter title, recurrence pattern, date range, and time.
- 4Select trainer, arena, capacity, riders, and other shared details.
- 5Review generated dates before saving.
- 6Save the series.
- 7Use Edit on the series when the shared schedule, trainer, arena, capacity, or future rider roster changes.
- 8Edit individual lessons only when one occurrence needs an exception.
Troubleshooting
A rider needs to be added to every future lesson in a series.
Open the series, choose Edit, update Series Riders, and save. The selected rider roster is synced to upcoming non-cancelled occurrences only.
Generated lessons conflict with an arena block or existing lesson.
Adjust the recurrence date, time, arena, or trainer before saving, or edit the conflicting occurrences after creation.
