Horse records help staff schedule appropriately, track assignments, and give owners useful context.

Only active horses should usually be available for assignment to lessons.

Steps

  1. 1Open Horses.
  2. 2Create a horse profile with the horse name and useful details.
  3. 3Set the horse status to active when it should be available.
  4. 4Add level, discipline, notes, and suitability information when relevant.
  5. 5Assign horses from lesson creation or lesson detail workflows.
  6. 6Update or deactivate records when a horse leaves work, retires, or is unavailable.
