Publishing is the step that makes approved feedback visible outside the trainer review workflow.
Review content may have different summaries for trainers, students, and parents.
Steps
- 1Open the completed review.
- 2Confirm rider tags and audience-specific summaries.
- 3Check that sensitive trainer notes are not placed in student-visible fields.
- 4Approve the review if approval is required.
- 5Publish the review.
- 6Confirm the rider or parent can access the intended feedback view.
