Use the trainer review workflow to approve analysis, edit feedback, and prepare rider-visible summaries.

Trainer review keeps feedback quality under staff control. MEGAN output should be treated as a draft that trainers review before publishing.
For multi-rider videos, each rider may need role-appropriate feedback and approval.
If the video is linked to a lesson with Ringside notes, those notes are shown in the review workflow and can be appended to trainer, rider, or parent summaries.
Steps
- 1Open MEGAN or a pending video review.
- 2Review rider tags and source video details.
- 3Review any Ringside notes from the linked lesson before deciding what belongs in published feedback.
- 4Read MEGAN or draft feedback carefully.
- 5Edit summaries, notes, score overrides, and moments as needed.
- 6Approve the review when it is ready.
- 7Publish feedback so the intended rider or parent audience can see it.
