Barn Setup

Create a barn and complete setup

Set up the core barn records that make scheduling, members, and progress work correctly.

Owner/Admin

A barn is the private workspace for your organization. Schedules, members, horses, riders, videos, and progress all live inside a barn.

The most useful first setup path is: barn profile, arenas, horses, riders, trainers, members, and first lessons.

Steps

  1. 1Create the barn from your account dashboard.
  2. 2Add or confirm barn profile information in Settings.
  3. 3Create arenas so lessons can reserve real spaces.
  4. 4Add horses and set active status for horses currently in work.
  5. 5Invite trainers, staff, riders, and parents.
  6. 6Create rider profiles for members who ride.
  7. 7Create a first lesson or lesson series.
  8. 8Review the owner dashboard for setup status and operating picture.
